However, what we were tolerating as an “off” week was topped off by the hotel placing 2 charges on our credit card, the the second one being even higher than our actual bill. We have stayed at this hotel mainly for the location and the extra space the suites provide. The hot options were a sad powered egg/cheese omelette with hash browns for most of the week. The juice machine was down the entire week of our stay, and the waffle maker was unavailable 2-3 days. The next morning the careless attention extended to the complimentary breakfast. Being very tired due to the time difference from the east coast, waiting for the front office person, who seemed to be the only staff on location at that time of night, to find the needed linens and come to the room took about an extra hour. We arrived late at night to find our room clean but without bed linens and washcloths. There was definitely a downgrade in quality of experience this last stay. We have stayed at this location several times as we visit Salt Lake City twice a year to see our daughter.
